Beautiful villa with private pool near the sea

The beautiful Villa Mateo is located in Valbandom, one of the places that make up the town of Fazana, and is only 1 km from the beach. This modern furnished villa consists of 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living/dining area with a kitchen.

All rooms are on the same level and there are no stairs in the house. The bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning, television and a private bathroom. The living/dining area and kitchen offer direct access to the outside area, where the highlight of the villa awaits you: the private pool, which provides the necessary refreshment on warm summer days. The pool is 1.65 cm deep, so don't forget to bring water wings for the children. :) The offer is completed by the outdoor dining area with barbecue and the children's playground, which the little ones are sure to enjoy. IMPORTANT: Villa Mateo is not a party house and younger groups of guests are not allowed!.

Beautiful Villa Mateo is located in Valbandon, one of the two places that make the municipality and town of Fazana. Fazana is located on the southwest coast of the Istrian peninsula, only 8 km from Pula. The town is known for its excellent gastronomic offer: extra virgin olive oil, vine, prosciutto and sardines. Here you can also find about 60 cycling trails, of which some lead along the beautiful Adriatic coast with a view of the Brijuni islands. There is also a 4km long walking trail along the coast, ideal for romantic walks with your loved one. Fazana is also a place where you can enjoy various water sports: you can rent a jet-ski, speedboat, paddle boat, canoe and bikes. You can also try windsurfing and diving. There is even half a submarine with which you can explore the rich underwater world. Nearby you will find the adventure park Jangalooz. You can take the entire family on a trip to the aqua park in Pula or to the Dinopark in Fontana. The nearby National park Brijuni is also a great idea for a trip with the entire family.
