Beautiful villa with private pool near Pula

Villa Moderna is a beautiful 3-bedroom holiday house that provides everything for a great and relaxed holiday. It is located in a peaceful neighbourhood of Pula, just a few kilometres away from the beaches of Pula or the nearby town of Medulin.

It consists of two floors. The living room and the fully equipped kitchen with its dining area are set on the ground floor. This area is full of light thanks to glass surfaces and has direct access to the outdoor area with the covered dining area, where you can gather together and enjoy meals. A laundry room and a separate toilet are set on the ground floor as well. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms. All have a double bed, air-conditioned, TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The interior of the villa has a modern, yet simple and cosy style, while the outdoor area guarantees relaxing moments. Besides that, the location offers plenty of opportunities for an active holiday.

Villa Moderna is located in the southern part of Istria, just a few kilometres away from the region's tourist centre, Pula. The location of the villa is pretty convenient- beaches in Medulin are just about 8 km away, while every part of the city of Pula and all amenities that Pula offers are close. In the surrounding area, you can explore beautiful little Istrian towns, natural beaches or go hiking, cycling and diving. While you´re here, you should try out some delicious Istrian specialities. One of the close by must-see places is definitely Rt Kamenjak and its beaches.

Villa Moderna ist wunderschön und man fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Die Aufteilung der Villa ist ideal für eine Familie oder eine grössere Gesellschaft und bietet einen traumhaften Pool- und Gartenbereich. Die drei Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer und einen Balkon. Die Villa ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne zurück.
