Beautiful modern villa just outside Pula

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and spend a wonderful vacation at Villa Nera, set just outside of Pula. This luxury villa can accommodate up to 6 guests.

At your disposal is a modern and colourful kitchen, connected to a cosy living room. Three elegant bedrooms are decorated in their own style, but all of them have a warm feeling making the guests feel nothing but welcome. The villa is surrounded by a lovely and carefully tended garden, where you will also find a children's playground for our youngest guests. The outside area is marked by an inviting pool with hydro massage, next to which is a covered terrace, an ideal place for relaxing while sipping a cold drink.

Pula is the tourist centre of Istria in terms of culture, tradition and beautiful nature. It had its heydays during the Roman period. The Romans left many traces, particularly the fine amphitheatre. During the Venetian period, Pula developed into being the control centre of the Adriatic, and in the course of the centuries, the town's harbour developed into the most important harbour in the region. Pula offers all sorts of leisure activities, including sport facilities, night clubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants, and organised excursions. The town has two passenger ports, both very important for the cruise tourism. Nowadays, Pula represents a place where a relaxing holiday at Pula's beautiful coast and close to the crystal water can be combined with the legends and memories of a rich history. Unspoilt forest, beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean climate make this place a very attractive destination for seaside lovers. Everywhere, you can enjoy the nature, for example on the Brioni islands with its exceptional flora and fauna which make it the Mediterranean northernmost exotic oasis.

Finally we have got to stay at Villa Nera after numerous booking transfers due to COVID-19. We loved the villa with its beautiful private garden and spacious pool area. We all had an excellent relaxing stay. The property is immaculately clean and tidy and everything you could need is provided. Thank you to Nermina and her lovely Mum. for allowing us to arrive earlier than originally indicated; it was most appreciated. We would definitely recommend this property.

Sehr schöne Villa, durften auch von der Uhrzeit früher einchecken. Alles sauber und die Gastgeber total nett. Zu Fuss nach Pula ca. 45min. Bei einem Zimmer geht das Fenster nicht ganz auf, aber zum Kippen. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, die Hunde bellen nachts durchgehend, was aber auszuhalten ist. Zu unserer Zeit, befand sich eine Baustelle nebenan, die für zusätzlichen Lärm sorgt. Im grossen und Ganzen war aber alles supi und wir konnten einen tollen Urlaub genießen. :)
