The charming Villa Noemi with private pool is located near the town of Pula. This one storey house can accommodate up to 6 persons in 2 double bed bedrooms.

The villa is surrounded by luxuriant flora, so you will definitely be charmed by its green surroundings and enjoy the beautiful view from the garden.
The modern and elegant interior design of this villa is bound to make you fall in love with it. You can make yourself comfortable on the couch in the wonderful living area with TV and view of the pool. It is directly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, where you can show off your cooking skills and prepare tasty meals for your family. The villa has two bedrooms each with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms features a small gallery that can be reached by narrow stairs, where you can lie back in an armchair and read a good book.
During the day, you will surely want to spend most of your time swimming in the pool and simply relaxing. The covered outdoor dining area is perfect for treating yourself to a glass of a cold beverage over a candlelit dinner on a warm summer evening. Enjoy the evening breeze and the wonderful starry evening sky from the comfort of one of the sun loungers or the large swing chair.

Beautiful Villa Noemi is located in a small village in Istria called Krvavići. Like most Istrian villages, Krvavići is surrounded by breathtaking nature, green hills and farmlands, which makes it a perfect location for a relaxing holiday. If you are interested in sightseeing and historic cities, only a couple minutes drive away from Krvavići you will find Pula, a city with rich cultural heritage. Pula is the largest city of Istria and world famous for its stunning coliseum, an ancient amphitheatre that was built during the 1st century while Roman emperor Vespansian ruled this part of the world. Beside cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, well known in this part of the Europe. Home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), Istrian pasta (fuži) are just a few of many delicious gastro pleasures Istria can offer for a true experience of Mediterranean home-made cuisine. And last but not least, if you feel like going to the beach, you can choose to go on the east coast (Duga Uvala) or west (Fazana).

Waren vom 28.09.23 bis 9.10.23 in der Villa. Die entsprach genau der Beschreibung, würden wir jederzeit wieder machen. Einkaufen ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Wir hatten am am Anfang ein kleines Problem mit einem Abfluss in der Küche, wurde sich aber sofort darum gekümmert. Pool um diese Jahreszeit trotz sehr gutem Wetter etwas kalt, das Meer deutlich wärmer, Duga Uvala ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Vielen Dank

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier in dem Haus. Es ist einfach so, wie es an den Bildern sieht. Sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Besitzer haben alle Details berücksichtigt, die man als Urlauber in einem Haus braucht.man kann hier grillen, backen kochen. Alle Utensilien sind zu finden. Saubere Handtücher, Textilien, Bettwäsche die herrlich dufteten. Kann das Haus sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.
