Modern Villa Pervan is located in a small village Banjole near the city of Pula. The perfect location of Villa Pervan offers its guests the opportunity to visit beautiful beaches, restaurants and cafes.

Step into a beautifully decorated interior where you will find everything you need for a perfect vacation. Villa Pervan is divided into two floors. The ground floor has an open living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and one bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen offers space to prepare delicious specialities. From the comfortable living room, you can enjoy the view of the private outdoor pool, which is perfect for refreshing yourself on hot summer days. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available around the pool. From the living room, you have access to the terrace with a dining table and a gas grill for unforgettable evenings with your family and friends. On the first floor of the villa, there are two comfortable bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a jacuzzi bathtub. A trampoline is also available for the youngest guests. The villa is fully air-conditioned and there is a private parking space and internet access. Villa Pervan is only 300m away from the first beach and is the perfect choice to escape from your everyday life to spend a wonderful vacation in Istria.

The modern villa Pervan is located in the small village of Banjole. It's only a few minutes away from beautiful pebble beaches and the crystal clear sea. The perfect location of Villa Pervan offers its guests the opportunity to visit beautiful locations such as the largest Istrian city Pula known for its stunning Colosseum, an ancient amphitheatre built in the 1st century. Premantura Nature Park and Cape Kamenjak, known for their untouched nature, are also close by. In addition to its cultural and historical beauty, Istria offers a unique gastronomic experience. Homemade Istrian prosciutto, wine and fuzi are just some of the many gastronomic delicacies that Istria offers so you can truly experience the local Mediterranean cuisine. The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of the most beautiful National parks in Europe - Brijuni. You can reach Brijuni by a ten-minute boat ride from the fishing town of Fazana.

Wunderbare Villa😍alles genau so wie auf den Bildern. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Villa wieder buchen. My Istria war sehr hilfsbereit und uns wurde jede Frage beantwortet.

Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern (8 und 4) sowie einem Hund war die Villa perfekt. Der Pool (übrigens Salzwasser - erstes Mal und künftig mein Favorit) hatte 2 verschiedene Ebenen, einmal ca. 40cm und einmal ca. 1,35m. Die komplette Umzäunung ist mit Hund natürlich top. Auch sind die anliegenden Häuser so gebaut, dass grundsätzlich jeder für sich sein kann. Kontakt zur Gastgerberin war top. Das Haus an sich ist sehr durchdacht aufgebaut. Die Lage mit kleinem Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. vor der Türe, war für uns perfekt. Wären wir Grill-Freaks und/oder Perfektionisten (nicht mehr jede Fuge ist einwandfrei) könnte man einen Stern abziehen, aber für uns alle war es ein super schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Und wenn alle einstimmig gerne noch länger geblieben wären und das Haus auch für künftige Urlaub in Betracht ziehen, kann man nur 5 Sterne geben.
