Villa Pomer will amaze you as soon as you arrive! Located in the quiet settlement of the same name between Pula and Medulin, the villa welcomes you with its wonderful 32m2 pool, which you would like to jump into right away. A well-tended olive garden forms a magical backdrop, while 8 sun loungers invite you to take a break and read your favourite magazine.
The covered terrace with barbecue is the place where you can spend pleasant summer evenings eating together with family and friends.
If you enter the villa via the terrace, you will find yourself in the open living area. The living and dining areas are only spatially separated by 2 steps. Wood predominates in the light and simple furnishings and so it blends in perfectly with the surroundings. There is a cozy bedroom on the ground floor. It has access to the small veranda overlooking the pool and has a double bed.
On the first floor there are two further bedrooms with comfortable double beds and one with separate beds. All bedrooms have their own modern bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The balconies of the rooms on the upper floor offer a great view of the area and call to enjoy the first cup of tea in the morning here in peace before you go on an exploration tour to Pula or the beach.

Villa Pomer is located in Pomer, just 9 kilometres away from the beautiful city centre of Pula. Villa Pomer is in a walking distance from beautiful beaches. Pomer is the perfect place for enjoying the sea. In a walking distance from the villa there are many sport activities at disposal: public football, volleyball and basketball field and
children’s playground. The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe – Brijuni. Brijuni can be accessed by a short boat ride with departure from nice fishermen's town Fazana, just a few kilometres away from the villa. Cape Kamenjak, which is only short drive away from the villa, is a must see place if you like untouched nature with wild beaches and beautiful surroundings.

Die Villa ist gut geeignet für größere Familien und besonders für einen Hund. Das Grundstück ist rundum umzäunt und hat im Garten einen kleinen Olivenhain. Die Räume und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt.
Genossen haben wir auch den Kamingrill und die überdachte Terasse. Den Aufenthalt am Pool und der Terasse wird allerdings durch die Lautstärke der Poolpumpe leicht beeinträchtigt.
Die Vor-Ort-Betreuung durch Adisa war perfekt.
Wunderbare große, gepflegte Villa in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Das Haus ist nicht umgeben von Nachbarn und man konnte gut die Ruhe genießen oder auch mal Abends etwas lauter sein. Die Räume waren alle hell, sauber und sehr geräumig. Der offene Wohnbereich mit Blick in den Garten und auf den Pool ist einfach perfekt! Die tolle Terrasse mit Outdoorküche runden dieses einzigartige Objekt ab. Der Garten ist gepflegt und die Olivenbäume bieten eine gute Rückzugsmöglichkeit für den Hund. Gassirunden gibt es dort einige, unweit vom Haus entfernt. Der nahegelegene Strand ist 6 Minuten (Fußmarsch) entfernt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich durch Adisa empfangen. Sie stand jederzeit für mögliche Rückfragen bereit. Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Woche und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus in Pomer. Wir waren in den Pfingstferien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern und haben die Größe des Hauses genossen. Die Weitläufigkeit und Größe der Räume sind klasse und der große Essbereich innen als sich außen sind perfekt! Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Adisa und ihr Mann haben uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen und waren für Rückfragen immer erreichbar (incl toller Tipps für die Umgebung). Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Betten super bequem. Der Pool war für die Kinder besonders toll und durch die alleinstehende Lage auch kein Problem wenn es vielleicht manchmal etwas lauter wurde :-). Der Kontakt mit myIstria war ebenfalls problemlos.
Great mansion. Equipment as described, everything as in the photos. Pool very clean, super friendly owner. The biggest advantage is that the villa is a little off the beaten track and you have peace and quiet. Very good taverns in the area (Pomer, Premantura, Medulin). We will definitely book again.

Sehr gepflegtes und schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger, zentraler Lage. Großer eingezäunter Garten, daher ideal mit Hund.. Sehr gute Konoba, mit umfangreicher Speisenauswahl, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Eigentümerin, Frau Dervisa, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in der Villa Pomer sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sehr schönes, großes Haus, sieht in echt genau so aus wie auf den bilden. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen hier und der Platz war trotzdem mehr als ausreichend. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und großem Garten ist perfekt zum entspannen und Grillen. Super ist, das um das Haus herum keine direkten Nachbarn sind also ideal, falls es doch mal etwas lauter wird.
Alles in allem ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus zum weiterempfehlen!

Very nice modern stone villa with the pool, very good equipped and clean. The only thing we would recommend to install are the mosquito nets. Everything was fantastic.
Super Villa! Sehr ruhige Lage! Sauberer Pool!
Ausstattung in Ordnung! Bessere Bestückung bei Geschirr und Fliegengitter sowohl an Fenstern als auch Balkontüren wären fein!

Sehr schöne Villa
Wir waren mit zehn Personen da sechs Erwachsene vier Kinder .
Hatten eine wunderschöne Woche der Pool ist fantastisch , Handlauf wäre super !!!
Fühlten uns alle sehr wohl da das Haus abseits steht und keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn da sind.
Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern einfach toll.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Das einzige was fehlt sind fliegen Gitter an den Fenstern.
Ansonsten top ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tolles Haus - alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen u wie beschrieben. Toller Service mit Poolreinigung, Wäschewechsel, Zwischenreinigung etc.
Für Kinder absolut ideal da es keine unmittelbare Nachbarn gibt u diese so ungestört im Pool oder Garten toben können.
Bäcker gleich um die Ecke, größere Supermärkte in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Wir (2 befreundete Familien) hatten tolle 14 Tage in der Villa.
