Enjoy a wonderful, colourful holiday home with a swimming pool and a green area! Villa Smokvica for up to 4+2 guests offers many activities during your vacation. During the warm summer days, some guests will want to spend their days in the private pool, while others will find their refuge reading a book and relaxing on the sun beds.

In the outdoor area, you will find a spacious terrace and a covered area with a table for shared outdoor meals. Given that this holiday home is a one-story house, all rooms and facilities are immediately accessible, which will make vacationing especially easy for families with small children. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen represents a spacious and bright room surrounded by large windows on three sides and provides direct access to the terrace. In the continuation of the interior space, there are two modern bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. In one of the bedrooms there is an additional sofa bed. The villa also offers many board games for children and adults, perfect for playing together in the evening. However, even guests who are eager for sports activities are not forgotten with the game of football on the lawn and badminton. Groups of younger adults (<25 years) are not allowed in the villa.

Rakalj is a small town in the southeastern part of Istria. It is an excellent starting point for day trips to famous destinations on the Istrian coast and in Kvarner such as Pula, Medulin, Rovinj and Opatija. However, the charming Istrian villages and wineries of Central Istria are also just a short drive away. Be sure to visit Pula and the famous Amphitheater, because concerts and other events in the amphitheater are a special experience. Rovinj will charm you with its colourful houses, but especially with the peninsula, on the top of which is the famous church of St. Euphemia on one side and the view of the sea on the other. The charming Central Istrian villages mentioned above are also a must-see, where you should definitely try local delicacies such as olive oil, wine, prosciutto and dishes with truffles. For guests looking for an active vacation, there are also aqua parks as well as walking and hiking trails.
