Villa Tina Barban offers a total of 170 m2 and is divided into 2 houses. As these are two separate houses on a common plot of land, it is perfect for two families or two groups of friends.

The whole villa can accommodate up to 12 persons. Each house consists of a living room with a fireplace that gives a cozy atmosphere, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Both stylishly furnished houses have a covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your family or friends. The olive trees give the well-kept garden a traditionally Istrian touch. A large outdoor pool invites you for refreshment on hot summer days! There are sun loungers around the pool as well as an outdoor shower. Your children will surely enjoy the little playground in the garden! Private parking for 4 cars is also available. The villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Istria!.

Villa Tina Barban is located in the small village of Dobrani, which belongs to the Barban municipality. The picturesque bay “Raski zaljev” is 3 km away, with numerous natural beaches and crystal clear sea. Considering its central location, the village of Dobrani is an excellent starting point for excursions, cycling or hiking tours. The region of Istria offers a variety of natural beauties and cultural sights that should not be missed. The villa is situated about 20-30 km away from tourist coastal towns such as Pula, Poreč, Rovinj, Labin and Rabac. These towns have countless cafes, clubs and restaurants where you should definitely try first-class gastronomic delicacies such as the Istrian ham and olive oil. For families with children we recommend a trip to a water park. The ideal choice for a relaxing but exciting holiday!

We stayed here for two weeks in june/july '23 and our experience was excellent. The house is wonderful and the location is great. Having a car is necessary to fully explore the area. The villa has a lovely swimming pool and a well-maintained garden. The owners were nice and welcoming and readily available to assist.

Wir sind von dem Haus und Grundstück sehr begeistert! Wir waren 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesen tollen Häusern und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Häuser und der Garten sehen wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern und die Lage ist einfach nur toll für Ruhe suchende. Die Besitzer waren auch wirklich toll sehe sehr nette Menschen und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen .
