Lovely villa with private pool near Rovinj

Villa Casa Peru is a lovely villa situated in the small village of Kurili. This charming villa can easily accommodate a family of 6 in 3 bedrooms, all with double beds.

On the ground floor of villa Casa Peru you will enter an open-concept living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, which extends outdoors to the terrace with an outdoor dining area and a pool. On the ground floor, besides the kitchen and the living room, you will find one of the bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all you might need - coffee machine, oven, toaster, microwave, etc. and the living room has a dining table for 6 and a nice fireplace. On the first floor, you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that have showers. Both bedrooms have large glass doors that open onto the small balcony overlooking the pool. If you prefer to dine al fresco, you have the option to dine at the terrace with a dining table that can accommodate 8 guests. Those summer days when you feel lazy and would like to soak up the sun, you can relax at one of the deck chairs by the pool. There is also a sauna at your disposal. The parking offers space for up to 4 cars.

This villa is located in the small village Kurili, which is situated in the municipality Kanfanar, in the inner part of Istria. Besides being famous for the medieval ruins of Dvigrad, the pristine nature of Lim bay and numerous archaeological sites, this region is considered the home of the Istrian ox, an once almost endangered animal and for fuzi – the queen of Istrian pasta. Istrian ox and fuzi are a central part of Kanfanar’s biggest event - Jakovlje, where you can experience Istria as it once was. For those seeking active holidays, the Kanfanar region offers numerous bike and walking trails and climbing opportunities in Dvigrad or in Lim bay. Only 15 minutes drive from Kurili, you will reach the coast and beautiful Rovinj, which is a true historical gem and offers plenty of summer festivities, like the Croatian Summer Salsa Festival.

Wer die Ruhe, die Natur und die Privatsphäre liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich auf Anhieb direkt wohlfühlt. Diese befindet sich auf einem riesigen Grundstück, welches man mit Kindern gut erkunden kann. Zudem verfügt jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, sodass es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt für mehrere Personen ist. Das Highlight ist der große Salzwasserpool, welcher beheizbar ist - absolut empfehlenswert in einem Monat wie es der September ist. Nicht zu vergessen, Emma - die vor Ort Managerin des Hauses - welche sich um alles bemüht und kümmert damit es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Petra und Marko ihr habt ein tolles Anwesen und Dank euch haben wir schon zum zweiten Mal mit unserem Baby einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub erlebt.

Wir besuchten das Casa Peru vor 3 Wochen und es war ein rundum wunderschöner Urlaub. Bereits positiv angefangen hat es als uns die Verwalterin Emma alles zeigte und sogar einen Kaffee kochte. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war ausgezeichnet, genauso wie der Service, denn das Tor war kaputt, wurde jedoch sofort am nächsten Tag repariert. Weiter geht es mit der natürlich fantastischen und ruhigen Lage, sowie dem überdurchschnittlich großen Pool. Auch das Haus und die Zimmer waren wunderschön, lediglich die Küche könnte etwas üppiger ausgestattet sein (z.B Schüsseln oder ein Toaster). Zusammengefasst lohnt sich dieser Besuch dieses Haus wirklich und auch wir werden sicherlich einmal wiederkommen!
