If you are looking for a villa that offers privacy, look no further, this villa is ideal for you. On a spacious estate there are two houses with a total of three bedrooms for six guests.
The first house, which is also the larger one, has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom. The second house, the smaller one, has an additional bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. In the bigger house there are two air conditioners, in the smaller house there is one. This interesting layout offers more accommodation options for couples and families who prefer additional privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are bright and comfortable, ideal for relaxing and a good sleep. In both living rooms there is a TV.
Between the two houses there is a private swimming pool where you can relax. The estate has a large garden with trees that offer shade, where you can enjoy your vacation, as well as the nature that surrounds you. In addition to relaxing by the pool, you can also have fun playing badminton on the spacious lawn, and our little guests will be delighted by the swing at their disposal.
The estate is fully fenced and has its own private parking. Away from the city noise, villa Darko is ideal for a quiet holiday, and provides you with the necessary peace, quiet and privacy, and yet civilisation is not so far away. In less than 30 min drive you can reach one of the beaches on the Adriatic coast.
In the South-central part of the Istria peninsula, lies the medieval town-monument of St. Vinčent. The old architecture of the town and surrounding villages is well preserved, while vineyards and olives dominate throughout this area with a warm Mediterranean climate. St. Vinčent and its surrounding countryside are well known, not only for its historical and cultural legacy but for excellent wine and genuine Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanted place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from other parts of the world for as long as we have recorded history. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater and Brijuni national park with an 18-hole golf course is just a 20-minute drive away. The Adriatic coast with the crystal clear sea and all kinds of water activities are a 20-minute drive near the beautiful city of Rovinj with its art community.

Excellent stay at Villa Darko! Perfectly located in the middle of Istria…allowing easy visits! Villa is well equipped with a nice flower garden! Host is very friendly!

My family and I stayed at Villa Darko this summer 2022, after 3 long years of waiting for an overseas holiday due to the pandemic. It was certainly worth the wait and we had an amazing time here!
The owner, Darko met us upon arrival and was super friendly and helpful, even offering us a lift into own to fetch some groceries :-)
The villa itself is perfect, as it was me and my partner and two children the kids could stay in one of the two accommodations and we stayed in the other, so everyone had their own bedroom and some privacy if they needed it, and with two bathrooms there was never any queues for the shower in the morning.
Another benefit with the villa is the amount of space! Both buildings are very large with tons of space, and the grounds of the property are also very large and also very pretty and well maintained. The outdoor dining and BBQ area was a particular favourite of mine, and the pool was perfect too! The villa is fully equipped and you have everything you need for a convenient and comfortable stay.
The small town of Svetvincenat is a very short 2 minute drive away and is lovely and peaceful, but has a handful of fantastic bars and restaurants. I definitely recommend La Casa Mimi's, a real treat. There is also the castle which is a great centrepiece for the town, and to visit is actually great fun and very interactive. There is also a small supermarket that has every essential you'll need.
One of the best things about staying here was that you are only 20 - 30 minutes drive maximum from plenty of amazing larger towns, beaches, national parks etc so there's lots to do to keep you occupied, and everywhere is really easy to get to, and the roads are all very good and very quiet. Make sure you visit Rovinj - Pula - Fazana - Brijuni Islands.
If you need transfers and car hire I found that Greenway who My Stria recommended were very good indeed! Really helpful and professional, and the car hire rates were much better than any other companies I'd researched. We got a great quality, almost new car to use and the transfers they arranged for us to and from the airport were also brilliant. Only thing I would suggest is to check the sat nav they provide with the car as ours was an old Garmin unit that didn't; work very well., but other than that everything was spot on.
I'd thoroughly recommend a stay at Villa Darko, we made lots of lovely memories there and in Croatia overall.

Wir waren von 18.-31.07.20 bereits zum zweiten Mal zu Gast in der Villa Darko. Für uns 6 (3 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) ist es eine perfekte Möglichkeit unseren Urlaub genießen zu können. Ausreichend Platz zur Erholung ist vorhanden und der Pool lädt sehr zur Erfrischung ein. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Wir waren vom 14.09.19- 28.09.19 in der Villa Darko.Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer perfekten Unterkunft. Nur den schönen Pool konnten wir leider nicht mehr nutzen, da er für uns zu kalt war.Die Vermieter waren super nett und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.Da die Lage perfekt für die umliegenden Städte wie Rovinj, Pula ,Porec und Rabac war, aber trotzden viel Privatsphäre bot war es einfach optimal.Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Darko und Adriana.

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in der Zeit vom 22.06.2019 bis 6.7.2019 in der Villa Darko.
Wunderbar geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Sehr saubere Unterkunft - in der Küche war alles ausreichend vorhanden . Großer ruhiger Garten zum Entspannen, man hat immer einen Sonnen- oder Schattenplatz gefunden. Pool sehr sauber mit Wartung. Nettes und freundliches Vermieterehepaar war immer ansprechbar. Ruhige Lage, Pula, Porec und Rovinj sind ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, verschiedene Strände ca. 20-30 Autominuten. In Svetvincenat (2 Km) gute und preiswerte Lokale und ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und würden jederzeit wieder Villa Darko buchen.
Nettes gepflegtes Objekt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, leider Ende September zu kühles
Wetter, insbesondere nachts einstellig, so dass die Poolnutzung entfiel.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit großem eingezäunten Garten - optimal für unsere Hunde.
An kühleren Tagen war der Holzofen sehr gemütlich - das Holz war inbegriffen!
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich, und es hat alles optimal geklappt.
