The charming Villa Nella is the ideal choice for guests that would like to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation near one of Istria´s beautiful beaches. If you prefer staying at home, there is a private pool at your disposal that will keep you cool during warm summer days - fun for the whole family is guaranteed! Enjoy the outdoor barbecue and numerous seating areas and spend time with your loved ones while the children run around the villa´s large, carefully tended garden.

The garden is adorned with beautiful Mediterranean plants and offers plenty of space to relax. Indoors, the villa offers an open concept ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a cosy living room. As soon as you enter the room, you will notice the stylish interior with simple colours that offer a warm atmosphere. Two comfortable bedrooms, both with beautiful ensuite bathrooms, are located on the upper floor. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi, SAT TV and everything else you could wish for an unforgettable holiday.

The villa is located just a short drive from one of Istrian most beautiful towns - Rovinj. Rovinj is one of the most 'photogenic' towns in the Mediterranean, once a fishing town, today is a tourist resort. The entire coastline, with its twenty-two islands is an area of protected natural heritage. Feel the enchantment of the town in its narrow medieval streets and warm Mediterranean setting and enjoy the spectacular view from the church plateau and the bell tower. The town of Rovinj and its surroundings offer immense possibilities for recreation: biking, horseback riding, jogging. You can either enjoy on the first beach, swim and snorkel or try out different water sports (e.g. water-skiing, wind surfing). At last but not least here you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean and Istrian specialities.

Villa Nella is a beautiful villa, close to the lovely rocky coastline and the town of Rovinj. It was perfect for our family of three. Lovely cool interior and pool and lots of outside space. Everything provided that could possibly be needed for self catering. Our host was wonderful, waiting for us at the villa in the early hours of the morning (terrible flight delay) and providing a basket of homegrown fruit and vegetables. He gave advice on which beaches to visit, among other things. We hired e-bikes for a few days and we highly recommend doing that because it’s a very easy area to cycle around with lots of bike tracks and hidden coves to explore. Rovinj is lovely, as well as Porec, Labin and Motovun. Wonderful holiday!

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und empfängt einen mit einem kühlen Getränk. Er erklärt einem bei der Übergabe alles ausführlich. Im Getränkekühlschrank befanden sich einige Flaschen Bier, Wein, Saft und Wasser. Im Kühlschrank sind Milch und andere Kleinigkeiten vorrätig. Auch ansonsten sind das Haus und insbesondere die Küche absolut komplett ausgestattet. Man vermißt wirklich gar nichts. Das Haus liegt etwa drei Kilometer von Rovinj entfern in einem kleinen lanwirtschaftlich geprägten Dorf. In der Umgebung sind einige landwirtschaftlich bearbeitete Flächen. Das Grundstück ist groß und komplett umzäunt. Es ist sehr üppig bepflanzt mit Rosen, Jasmin, Lavendel usw. Wir haben uns mit vier Personen hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten nach Rovinj, Porec und Pula. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkung empfehlen, wenngleich der Preis vergleichsweise hoch ist.
