Family villa with private pool near Rovinj

Villa Nino is a fancy family friendly villa with a capacity of up to 10 persons. Built in 2010, but according to the traditional istrian style with a lot of stone and wood, this villa will welcome you with its charming character.

The swimming pool is an appreciated refreshment, especially on hot summer days. In the garden with trampoline your children can frolic and play, while you’re lying on one of the sundbeds and enjoy a cool drink or read a good book and rest. The big, covered terrace with a wooden dining table invites you to have a fantastic breakfast before you start discovering the region. One of the 4 modern furnished bedrooms is on the ground floor. It has a double and a single bed. On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms and the two bathrooms. All these bedrooms have double beds, but one of them has an additional single bed. The bathrooms have shower cabins. This house with its swimming pool, garden and car parking area is completely enclosed and detached, what gives you the tranquility you need for an ideal holiday. .

Ein wirklich wunderschönes und sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus… Tolle ruhige Lage mit super viel Privatsphäre! Die gesamte Umgebung hat uns wahnsinnig gut gefallen Die Vermieterin ist super liebevoll und kann sogar Deutsch, wer Tipps oder Hilfe braucht kann sich jederzeit bei ihr melden Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus! Super ländlich gelegen mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Toller Außenbereich mit gepflegtem Pool 👌
