Beautiful villa with private pool near Rovinj

This beautiful five-bedroom villa is located in Bonasini - a charming little village of 10 inhabitants, built from stone- a very peaceful place for a relaxing holiday. It is positioned on a sunny hill, surrounded by forest in untouched nature, so the location is perfect for outdoor activities.

This villa has a total indoor area of 265 sqm and outdoor 1290 sqm. It also has its own garden, private swimming pool, a covered barbecue, and dining area with an outdoor summer kitchen, and relaxing garden furniture. The villa is well-equipped and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and A/C units. Next to the main building of the villa, there is a small private wellness center (Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, shower) for your pleasure. In addition to this, you will find a shared sports area nearby, with a volleyball court, table tennis, and badminton court.

If complete relaxation, total comfort, and a beautiful countryside setting is your aim, Villa Santi is almost impossible to beat. Should you, however, decide to leave the indulgent luxury of your holiday villa, there are plenty of amazing places nearby to discover.
The nearest beaches are in the idyllic fishing village of Fazana (20 km) with a beautiful harbour from where tourist boats take you to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia - Brioni.
A wide range of tourist amenities can be found in the breathtaking historic town of Rovinj (30 km) and be sure to visit the region capital, Pula, where a magnificent Roman amphitheatre hosts regular film screenings, cultural events, and live concerts by world-famous artists.
Not to be missed are the quaint medieval villages of Svetvincenat (8 km), Vodnjan (8 km) and Bale (15 km) filled with picturesque squares, narrow stone streets and cosy tavernas, shops and bars.
Besides cultural and historical beauties, this region offers an exceptional gastronomic experience that can be savoured in the many restaurants, agrotourisms and local cellars only a short drive away.

Die Villa Santi war für uns (4 Pärchen + 2 Hunde) wirklich ideal. Jede Menge Platz, ein komplett geschlossenes Grundstück mit viel Freilauf für die Hunde, und eine komplette Ausstattung haben die 14 Tage Aufenthalt wirklich sehr erholsam für uns gemacht. Die gut klimatisierten Wohn- und Schlafräume haben uns nachts gut schlafen lassen. Das Ambiente würde ich - bis auf einige Details - als hochwertig beschreiben. Und damit zu den "negativen" Punkten: In einigen Bereichen fehlt meiner Ansicht nach für eine Immobilie dieser Kategorie der nötige Feinschliff. Billige Küchengeräte, abgeschrammelte Kunstleder-Couch, wackelige Duschbrausen, teils scharfe Fließenkanten im Außenbereich und entweder gut gebrauchte oder minderwertige Betten passen nicht zum generell guten Anwesen. Hier könnte man mit wenig Aufwand das Bild abrunden. Die Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche hat sich leider auch nur auf Bettlaken- und Handtuchwechsel beschränkt. Da habe ich - wenn auch nicht unbedingt nötig - mehr erwartet. Hier aber trotzdem vier von fünf Sternen von mir und eine klare Empfehlung!!!
