Villa Taki is a modern and beautiful villa with pool, located just a short drive away from Rovinj. In its nicely decorated interior with rustic details and wooden beams villa can accommodate 8+2 guests.

On the ground floor there is fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. From the ground floor there is direct access to the garden with private pool. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, while further 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. In 2 bedrooms at disposal are sofa beds, ideal for children. Next to the swimming pool there is a terrace with outside dining table and charcoal barbecue, perfect for preparing specialties with your family and friends. Villa Taki is air conditioned, has WiFi and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday near the sea which can be seen from the upper terrace. .

Villa is located in a small village near Rovinjsko Selo, just a short drive away from one of the most beautiful Istrian towns - Rovinj. The main Church of St. Euphemia keeps relics of the saints and presents one of the most beautiful Baroque achievements in Istria. From the church plateau there is a wonderful view to the open sea and numerous islets in the distance. A visit to the Rovinj Town Museum and the town’s many galleries will complete your cultural experience. The entire coastline, with its twenty-two islands is an area of protected natural heritage. Its surroundings offer immense possibilities for recreation: biking, horseback riding, jogging... But, owing to the sea and what it has to offer, ranging from sailing to discovering the underwater world, today Rovinj is the destination for tourists from all over the world. The spectacular natural reserve of the Lim Bay, with its wild beaches and a diversity of flora and fauna is even closer.

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien dort. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber und top ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Hele fijne vakantie gehad in Vila Taki van 3 t 10 september 2022. Fijne ontvangst door zoon en moeder. Opvallend en zeer gewaardeerd door ons is hoe schoon de Vila was bij aankomst, zowel binnen als buiten. Verder heel compleet qua inventaris en alles is van goede kwaliteit. De WiFi laat iets te wensen over, maar dat is op vakantie niet zo belangrijk. Qua ligging: perfect! In een heel klein gehuchtje en Heel centraal (en lekker rustig) t.o.v. Rovinje. Triest en andere mooie plaatsen en de kust. Wij hebben zeer genoten en danken de beheerders nogmaals voor de fijne vakantie die we dankzij dit fijne huis hebben gehad en niet te vergeten de flessen wijn! We hebben er vanavond 1 opengetrokken: hele goede wijn! Heerlijk!

Die Villa Taki liegt sehr schön in einem kleinen Örtchen, ca 10 km von Rovinj entfernt. Wir fühlten uns in der Villa sehr wohl. Jedes der 4 großen Schlafzimmer hatte ein angrenzendes Bad. Das Haus ist gut isoliert und nicht hellhörig. Die Bäder sind alle gut ausgestattet. Die Holzböden angenehm zum Laufen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts, allerdings ist die Qualität von Töpfen, Geschirr, Besteck eher mäßig. Der Pool ist großzügig und das Wasser war angenehm warm. Angrenzendes Bad und Dusche perfekt, wie auch der große Raum im Außenbereich zum Abstellen der Räder und anderer Utensilien Genial sind die Radwege, welche in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und versorgten uns mit leckeren Feigen und anderen lokalen Produkten. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
