Located amidst the glorious Istrian countryside and surrounded by untouched nature, Villa Tomani in Krmed will undoubtedly charm you. This beautiful stone villa has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 persons.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room, where the vintage furniture and wooden beams create a warm and welcoming feeling. The living room is connected to the dining area and kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you could need for a carefree vacation. On the ground floor you will also find one of the bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, while the other 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. The outside area is no less impressive: surrounded by a large, carefully tended garden, just imagine having a dip in the inviting pool or soaking up the sun on one of the sun loungers by the pool. If you feel like making a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen with a stone grill is at your disposal. To complete the experience, at Villa Tomani you can dine al fresco, while enjoying a stunning view. .

Istria is truly one of the most beautiful parts of Croatia. Rolling hills that are overlooking green fields and valleys with little towns perched on the peaks, recalling the charm of past times. The picturesque town of Bale near Krmed, located at a height of 140 m above sea level, has long roots going all the was back to the Roman period. Stunning views of the countryside, preserved narrow streets, medieval monuments, and exquisite cuisine are just some of the reasons why Bale stands out amongst other Istrian towns. Of course, there is also the fact that Bale has over 2400 sunny hours on average a year, which attracts a large numbers of tourists to the town. Only 20 minutes drive from Bale you will find Rovinj - once a small fishing town, today the most romantic town in Istria. The town is dominated by the baroque St. Euphemia’s Church. Do not miss to climb its 60-meter tower and enjoy the view overlooking rooftops, streets and squares, as well as the breathtaking Adria, the port and the marina.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Tomani. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden- toll der grosse Kühlschrank. Der Garten und das gesamte Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Übergabe und Abreise top. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten mit den Kindern und Enkeln eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Tomani. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In jedem Zimmer ein TV, nur keine deutschsprachigen Sender, aber im Urlaub braucht man das auch nicht. Die Vögel haben die obere Terrasse verunstaltet, aber das ist Natur. Die Lage war perfekt für uns, weil wir die Ruhe und Natur lieben und man ist trotzdem schnell am Meer und in Rovinj. Danke für die nette Betreuung und einen schönen Urlaub.
