If you are looking for a charming villa that combines the traditional Istrian style with all the comforts of modern living, then Villa Valencan is the right choice for you. The single-storey villa is located only 700 metres from the first beach.

It can accommodate up to eight people and has three comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bright and spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. From the living room you get to the beautiful terrace in the garden, where you will surely spend many pleasant hours. There is also a 24 square meter pool in the outdoor area of the villa, which can be heated on request. A modern sauna and jacuzzi, which are also located in the outdoor area of the villa, provide additional luxury. But that is not all! A table tennis table in the spacious garden will ensure that there is no boredom. There is also a small playground for children. Villa Valencan is located in a small tourist settlement of Barbariga. Positioned on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula, halfway between Rovinj and Pula. Surrounded by olive groves and unspoilt nature. The small, hidden natural beaches washed by the clear water invoke a sense of freedom, privacy and intimacy. You can swim in the sea or go on trips to explore the surrounding area. Picnics in the surrounding Istrian villages, as well as cruises on the sea are on offer. The world famous UNESCO-protected national park of Brijuni is definitely worth a visit. If you love the natural environment Barbariga is an ideal place for your vacation. Car is not necessary.

Drei schöne Wochen in einem sehr zu empfehlendem Haus. Alles um Haus ist wie beschrieben, der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das was zu bemängeln wäre, das Haus zu finden gestaltet sich trotz Navi etwas schwierig. Volle fünf Sterne von fünf Personen die sich sehr wohl gefühlt haben

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus, und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Top Lage, sehr schöner gepflegter Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna. Die überdachte Terrasse mit Grill ist Top. Kann man nur empfehlen.
