Beautiful villa with private pool near Rovinj

Villa Yasmine is located on a wonderful property where you can really relax. This villa is particularly suitable for family vacationers.

While you are sunbathing by the pool and enjoying your vacation, children can play in the children's playground. In the evening, you will enjoy family dinner on the covered terrace next to the pool while you prepare your favorite barbecue dishes. Be sure that the interior will also meet all your expectations. As soon as you step from the terrace into the living room, you can feel the cosiness of this interior. Warm colors lead you from the living room into the dining room and the spacious kitchen. In the living room you will enjoy the beautiful view of the garden, because of the large glass surfaces in the room. On the first floor there are 4 beautifully decorated spacious bedrooms where you will definitely rest. Each room has its own bathroom, that fits perfectly with the bedroom. The bedrooms also have their own exit to the balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Istrian surroundings. And don't worry - you will never get bored at Villa Yasmine, as darts, a pool table and bicycles are also available, and near the villa there is also a tennis court.

Central Istria is known for a landscape of small, picturesque medieval towns which irresistibly remind of Tuscany or Provence. Istria with its bike roads is perfect biking destination. Great restaurants, cafés, wineries, and stores can be found in Svetvinčenat. This is a charming quiet town, known for not only its historical and cultural sites but for excellent delicious Istrian cuisine: home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), Istrian pasta (fuži) and Mediterranean home-made specialties as well.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Yasmine. Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und vier Kinder. Es war alles sehr sauber und modern, extra erwähnen möchte ich das Spielzimmer für die Kinder, da kommt ganz sicher keine Langeweile auf. Die Erwachsenen können im Billardzimmer eine Runde zocken oder ein Erfrischungsgetränk genießen. Wir haben den Istrischen Abend von Vlado genossen, was ich nur jedem empfehlen kann, alles hausgemacht und aus seinem Garten. Wir wollen nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Wie haben in der Villa Yasmin eine wundervolle aber leider zu kurze Woche verbracht. Die Bilder wie auf den Fotos ensprechen der Wirklichkeit und haben sie sogar übertroffen. Karlos ist ein super Gastgeber und man kann in auch jederzeit telefonisch erreichen. Seine Schwiegereltern sind auch sehr sehr nett. Wir haben uns auch für das Abendessen entschieden und können nur ein grosses Lob aussprechen!!!!! Das Menü war perfekt und wir haben es sehr genossen! Es wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet! Unsere Gruppe bestand aus sechs Erwachsenen und einem Kind und es hat jedem ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Auch der Pool war ein Traum! Runderherum eine pefekte Villa und Location! Kommen bestimmt wieder!!!!!!!!!

We had a perfect week in Croatia at Villa Yasmine. The discription of the villa is correct and the pictures as well. The owners and their parents was so sweet, they ame with strawberries and fresh eggs. We orderd a Croatian dinner from them one night and had the best time. We were guests in mid may, the pool was really cold, but the kids didn´t care. Smoljanci is a small village, still they have a small supermarket. Be sure to get a gps-posisiton, it wasn´t easy to find the house the first time. Driving from Rijeka was ok, good roads and not to heavy traffic. With a car the location was perfekt. We Went to Poréc (and took the ferry to Venice), Rovinj and Pula. We vere 10 persons and really recommend villa Yasmine!
