Brand new villa near the sea in Primosten

Oh, what a villa with an extraordinary view! This pearl is to be find near Sibenik. It is elegant, it is modern, it is beautiful.

When you enter Villa Domino and see the view you will say the same as we did at the beginning of the description. The villa has 4 bedrooms with bathrooms for each bedroom. For more comfort one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. This makes it suitable for families with children. The kitchen is fully equipped, modern and inviting to make delicious food. For more fun, besides the spacious living and dining room there is a space where you can play table soccer while your children are exploring interesting things find to play with. The outdoor space is even more exciting if we may say so. You can relax and enjoy the summer time when life is easy in the shade of the terrace. Your children can play on their own playground. You can prepare your meals outside as well. There is a charcoal grill for the finest foodies. And what we like the best is the evenings. The panoramic view is just extraordinary and you can get carried away in a dreamworld among with the stars later on. Ready to pack? We sure are. .

The house is located Primosten, one of the most beautiful towns in Adriatic and famous tourist spot in Dalmacia. It offers the ideal location for a relaxing holiday with spectacular views of untouched Mediterranean landscape and crystal clear waters. Primosten offers everything a guest needs for an enjoyable stay - shops, restaurants, possibility for various activities, a very popular club Aurora where often national and international stars have concerts, events in the city for your entertaintment and most importantly, the beautiful nature that offers lovely beaches for everyone's taste. Primosten harbour is well protected of northeast and northwest winds. On the slopes around are well known Primošten’s vineyards. Just 30 minutes away by boat is National park Kornati with about 60 islands. There is a also a mountain bike trail that passes next to the house.

Wow, what a fantastic villa, We loved the views from pool and garden across to the sea. Villa is spacious and interior is modern and stylishly decorated. The owners greeted us at the villa with a bottle of local wine and selection of fresh fruit which was a lovely gesture ( very nice people). The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and beds super comfortable. Location is brilliant 40 mins from Split airport and only 5mins by car 20mins on foot to Primiston centre with it’s lovely old town and great choice of restaurants. We had a fabulous time at this lovely villa and will definitely be back.

Traumurlaub in dieser schönen Villa. Gepflegter Garten mit tollem Pool, schöne Aussicht, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und Outdoorküche, genügend Holz/Kohle vorhanden etc. Das Haus verspricht zu 100% was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Es hatte sogar Pool Equipment für die Kinder. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und haben sogar während dem Urlaub nachgefragt, ob wir uns wohl fühlen. Alles war perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.
