Luxurious villa Shaula is located close to the beautiful city of Sibenik on the dalmatian riviera. This beautiful property boasts a total of 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom each, a 38 square meter pool which can be heated on request, as well as a number of terraces with a sea view.

The spacious and bright ground floor consists of an open concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. A direct access to the outdoor area with private pool is provided with the balcony doors from the living area. A finish sauna with its own shower as well as three fitness machines can also be found on the ground floor. This room also has large balcony doors and offers direct access to the outdoor area.
Three bedrooms with double bed and ensuite bathroom are on the first floor, while the other two bedrooms, also with double bed and ensuite bathroom, are on the second floor. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned for additional comfort.
Comfortable seating area are spread over the terraces and balconies of the villa, of which one in particular offers a beautiful sea view and is ideal for cosy evenings or an afternoon coffee.

Villa Shaula is located close to one of the bigger towns on the dalmatian coast - the beautiful Sibenik. White walls above the pristine bay waters present a city that is situated right along the mouth of the emerald Krka River. This gem of the Adriatic hides numerous churches, monasteries, palaces and four fortresses, that put it right on the top of the list of places to visit in Dalmatia. Unlike other cities on the Adriatic coast, which were founded by Greeks or Romans, Sibenik was established by Croats. The undisputed masterpiece of Juraj Dalmatinac, St. James’ Cathedral, is a UNESCO heritage site, and the center of attention in regards to art and architecture. Numerous cobbled streets, many picturesque stairs and attractive squares invite to take a stroll through the city and discover everything it has to offer: from churches and monasteries to cafes and bars.
There are two National Parks close to Sibenik, one is Krka River National Park and the other is Kornati. Both of them are perfect destinations for day trips, swimming and just soaking in the beautiful nature. The Villa is also close to the SOLARIS Aquapark, which is also a good option for a day trip with the entire family.
