Staying in a stylishly furnished villa, located a short walk away from the nearest beach, and at the same time in the proximity of the historical part of Sibenik, while having the comfort of your private pool makes altogether a perfect blend for a great holiday. Villa Ventum can accommodate up to 7 guests in its 4 comfortable bedrooms.

The living and dining area along with the fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor and have access to the inviting private pool and the covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue for preparing al fresco meals. One bedroom and one bathroom with a shower are also located on the ground floor. The remaining three bedrooms and another spacious bathroom are set on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms has a lovely balcony that overlooks the pool and the surrounding, which certainly is a great view to start your day right. The villa is completely enclosed, offers 2 private parking spaces. On top of that, the location of the villa is great and enables a variety of entertainment and sports activities. .

Villa Ventum is located in Jadrija, on the Srima peninsula, just a couple of kilometres away from the beautiful town of Sibenik, famous for its wonderful Cathedral of St. James which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Jadrija actually is a part of Sibenik and got developed as an old bathing resort of people of Sibenik. The town Vodice is about 10 km away from Jadrija and is a popular tourist hot spot, famous for many beaches and lots of events going on during summer months, like concerts, festivals and folk tradition events. In the wider area, you will find many examples of spectacular nature characteristics for this region: mountains, breath-taking waterfalls of Krka, and a diversified coastline. An advantage of this area is also the proximity to the National Parks Krka and Kornati, and the Nature Park Vrana Lake (Vransko Jezero). Just about 60 km divide this area from the town of Trogir with its UNESCO-protected medieval city centre. During your stay, you should also visit one of the nearby islands like Murter, Prvic, or Zlarin.

Ein wunderschönes, toll eingerichtetes Haus, welches uns einen tollen 12-tägigen Urlaub beschert hat. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 3 Jugendlichen (17 und 14 Jahre alt) unterwegs. Der Pool ist toll geeignet, wenn man mal nicht ans Meer möchte oder für eine Erfrischung zwischendurch. 2 Klimaanlagen sorgen bei Hitze für angenehme Temperaturen im Haus. Das Haus selbst ist super sauber und weist einen hohen Einrichtungsstandard aus. Das Haus selbst und v.a. die Küche ist mit allen möglichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Selbst Staubsauger, Putzmittel, Spültabs und so weiter waren vorhanden. Den tollen Grill im hinteren Bereich haben wir auch einige Male benutzt. Der überaus freundliche Verwalter "Antonio" hat sich super lieb um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert. Im kleinen Ort selbst ist das Restaurant Maslina sehr empfehlenswert. Das Essen schmeckt sensationell gut und die Portionen sind üppig. Außerdem gibt es daneben einen Mini-Markt und gegenüber einen kleinen mobilen Bäcker. Größere Einkäufe erledigt man in Vodice bei LIDL, Kaufland und Plodine, allesamt benachbart und ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
