Lovely modern villa with pool near Split

Villa Casa Rotondo is a modern villa in Central Dalmatia, which is orientated towards a relaxing family holiday. The interior of the villa Casa Rotondo has a modern style and design, with light-flooded bright common areas.

The fully equipped kitchen and spacious living /dining room are situated on the ground floor. There is also one double bedroom and a bathroom, for your convenience. From the ground floor you have direct access to the cosy covered large terrace. The upper floor accommodates a total of 4 bedrooms, of which one has an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are placed in two separate units, of which each consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small but functionally equipped kitchen. The view from the balconies spreads over the inviting pool and carefully tended garden. The garden also has a designated children´s play area, where the younger guests can enjoy their time. The barbeque and outside dining area invite for family diners, enjoying prepared local dishes. Villa Casa Rotondo is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.

Villa Casa Rotondo is situated in Kastel Stafilic, one of the 7 historical settlements which were each built around their castle (kaštel in Croatian). Each village has its own particularity merged into the character of this part of the Mediterranean. Owing to its geographic location, Kastela can be both a seaside holiday spot with its beautiful beaches, as well as a great mountaineering destination, with a breath-taking view over Kastela Bay. Hear you can find the most beautiful and attractive beaches of the Kastela Bay. An olive tree older than 1500 years grows in Kastel Stafilic. It was declared a natural monument in 1990. The incredibly beautiful ancient town of Trogir and the vibrant city of Split with its impressive monuments and just the right balance of tradition and modernity are both only 10 km away to make your unique holiday story complete.
