Luxurious villa with pool near Split

Villa Nadalina is a new luxury villa located in the village Dicmo, in the hinterland of Split. It is perfect for a luxurious holiday for up to 8 persons, who will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms.

Three bedrooms are situated on the first floor and have a double bed each, while the fourth, with two single beds, is on the ground floor. There is also a modern living room and kitchen with dining area, and all are beautifully furnished in order to make you feel comfortable. There is an entertainment room, as well, where you can have fun while playing pool, table tennis, electronic darts, or if you wish to exercise a bit, there is a stationary bike and boxing bag, as well. And, to make everything complete, there is a sauna that is free to use, as well. The outside area consists of an attractive pool area with gazebo and a big garden, all situated on a 1300 m2 big plot. The gazebo is the right place to hide from the sun, and the charcoal grill is just perfect to prepare steaks or fresh fish for your loved ones. The villa has a garage, where 2 cars can be parked, and additional parking space for up to 3 cars.

Split is the second lasrgest city in Croatia and the biggest in Dalmatia. This is a city that has so much to offer. Its history, as it is dating back to the times of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, has definitely left many marks on its architecture, so every stroll through the city will be an opportunity to learn and see something new. But it is also its inhabitants that give a special atmosphere. You can see them every day on the waterfront, the so-called "riva", where they are enjoying a cafe or two with a view onto the sea, and discussing everyday happenings, politics or whatever comes to their mind. The city is always very exciting, but the surrounding hills and nature are the place to go if you wish to enjoy a more relaxed, but still active holiday. Biking, hiking and others kinds of activities can be enjoyed in its surroundings. And of course, the many islands around Split are definitely worth visiting.

Wir waren Anfang August für 10 Tage mit 2 zwei Kleinkindern in der Villa. Es war wunderbar! Das Haus hat eine tolle Aufteilung, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Kinder hatten grossen Spaß im Garten mit dem Trampolin, einem kleinen Spielhaus, der Schaukel und dem tollen Pool. Nada und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und haben uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können diese Villa zu 100% empfehlen.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa verbracht.Der Pool, das Aktivitätenzimmer und die großzügige Aufteilung hat uns einen tollen Urlaub möglich gemacht.Nada und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche Hausbesitzer welche sich rührend um ihre Gäste kümmern.Mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit kommen wir wieder und freuen uns auf‘s nächste Mal.

Wunderschön! Dieses Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Wir wurden herzlich am Anreisetag von den Eigentümern der Villa empfangen. Sie haben uns zusammen ihr wunderschönes Haus gezeigt. Die Villa ist modern, hochwertig und perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern auch während unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Lage der Villa ist ruhig, man erreicht aber schnell die umliegenden Ortschaften, perfekt für Ausflüge. Der Garten und der Pool laden zum Entspannen ein. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Auch der Kontakt durch myIstria hat wunderbar geklappt.
