The charming villa Kokola with a private pool is just a short drive from the town of Umag and the beautiful coastline. The comfortable villa can accommodate 6 guests (4 + 2).

This pretty stone house is the perfect choice for your well-deserved holiday with your loved ones.
The beautiful interior will enchant you at first sight. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a separate bathroom with a shower are located on the first floor.
A highlight of this villa is the large outdoor area with a pool. The beautiful sea view from the terrace and the unique sunsets will captivate you. Swim a lap in the pool, relax in one of the sun loungers, treat yourself to a cool drink and just relax. This house invites you to make precious memories and recharge your batteries. .

Even if you would prefer not to leave Villa Kokola, you should still not miss exploring the surrounding area. Visit the town of Umag, only 5 km away and proud host of the famous tennis tournament. Every year in July, the Stella Maris Tennis Centre hosts the "ATP Croatian Open". Many tennis greats take part in this event. In the immediate vicinity of Villa Kokola is also the award-winning water park Istralandia, which offers a fun day in the sun for the whole family. The Adriatic Golf Club, set amidst stunning scenery with sea views, is just a 10-minute drive away. Fantastic beaches with a good mix of pebble and rocky beaches, beautiful bathing plateaus, sunbathing lawns and crystal clear sea are only 7 km away from the villa. Mediterranean konobas, cosy restaurants and a large selection of wineries are in the immediate vicinity. Take the chance and just try something new.

Wunderschönes, sauberes Haus und auch die gesamte Anlage, das Haus und die Ausstattung entsprechen den Bildern und der Beschreibung, wir waren schon das 2 mal da und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes, sauberes Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben besonders Die herrliche Ruhe und den Pool genossen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in einigen Minuten erreichbar.
