Modern and elegant Villa LV offers a relaxing vacation for up to 8 guests, just a short drive away from Umag and Novigrad and their beautiful beaches.
Set within a green garden, this lovely villa has a nice spacious pool which is both outdoor and indoor.

The pool covers an area of 75m2 of which 21m2 is the indoor pool. Thereby the villa is perfect for rent throughout the whole year. The outside area offers a relaxing spot where you can enjoy the hot Istrian sun and dine outside. The villa has a tavern with a fireplace and dining table for 8 guests. The tavern is ideal for evening gatherings on colder days.
On the ground floor of this stylish villa are an inside pool area, a sauna, a room with fitness equipment, a wine cellar, an entertainment room, a modern kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining area. On the upper floor, there are 4 comfortable bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms. On the same floor, there is a spacious terrace with a Jacuzzi and a view of olive groves and a park. Villa LV is air-conditioned and has WiFi and private parking for 8 cars. It is located near the beaches and provides everything for a relaxing holiday.

Villa LV is located in a small village of Fiorini, between popular coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad. Umag offers a great choice of leisure activities, tourist conveniences as well as a little port. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in its cobbled streets. Each July, the ATP Croatian Open takes place at the Stella Maris tennis centre with many of the games biggest names taking part in the men only event. In close proximity there is also the award-winning waterpark Istralandia, for a fun day in the sunshine for all the family. The magical Istrian countryside famous for its enchanting medieval hilltop towns as well as gastronomic pleasures is quickly reached along excellent roads. Although being a popular tourist destination, Novigrad has to this day kept its intimate and irresistible charm of a typical quiet Mediterranean fishing town.

SUPER sauber. SUPER Gastgeber. Herzlicher Empfang und vorher schon per WhatsApp jede Frage beantwortet. Haus, Pool und Sommerküche sind der Hammer Egal was…. es ist alles da…. und jeden CENT wert. WIR KOMMEN SICHER WIEDER. 1A Villa und SUPER SERVICE

wunderschönes Anwesen. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Super nette Gastgeber und sofort zur Stelle wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Wir sind sehr herzlichen empfangen worden. Würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen. Das einzige Problem was wir hatten, waren die vielen Moskitos die nicht nur am Abend kommen sondern auch tagsüber sehr lästig sind. Viel einsprühen! Ansonsten hat das Haus unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. 👍

Die Villa LV ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber mit guter Ausstattung. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Der Pool und die Außenküche sind die Krönung. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich! Einen minimalen Minuspunkt muß ich bei dem Whirlpool verteilen, diesen konnten wir - aufgrund der auftretenden Probleme der Wasserqualität - leider nur einmal benutzen.. Das Problem wurde aber nicht behoben. Da ich aber mehr als fünf Sterne verteilen würde, bleibt es auf jeden Fall bei fünf Sterne. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche!!! Fünf Sterne hat auch die Agentur Myistria verdient. Wir waren vom Ablauf und der Organisation sehr begeistert. Die äußerst schnelle Bearbeitung und Antwort ist sehr beeindruckend.
