Nested in the midst of olive groves, surrounded by natural greenery, Villa Pendolina offers a quiet and serene dream holiday, for a max of 6+1 guests. The villa got its name from an old olive variety, which originates from Tuscany, Italy - Pendolino.
As it is a ground floor house, all the rooms in this villa are conveniently on the same level. The 3 double bedrooms are decorated charmingly, offering a comfortable stay and sound sleep during your holiday. A sleeping possibility for the +1 guest is on the sofa-bed in the living room. A bathroom with a shower enclosure is at your disposal as well as a guest toilet.
Designed as open floor space, a modern fully equipped kitchen will ensure that your culinary needs will be met. The bright and tastefully furnished living and dining area, allows your family and friends to gather and spend some relaxing and fun time together.
The tranquil outside area next to the lovely pool offers complete relaxation, while you swim or sunbathe, enjoying the quiet location of the villa in midst of nature. There is a lovely covered outside dining area next to the pool, with great views of the surroundings, where you can enjoy your meals prepared on the outside BBQ.
For our younger guests, there is a trampoline for some fun times.

Villa Pendolina is situated in the small village of Buroli. The excellent location of Villa Pendolina (not far from the town of Umag) combines the best of two worlds: peace and quiet, but also sunny and lively beaches. This coastal town offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbour. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. The magical hinterland with picturesque medieval hilltop towns is easily accessible thanks to good road connections. Today Umag is especially known for sport: every July the ATP Croatia Open takes place here, with many big names from the men’s tennis world. Near the town, you can find the award-winning Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.
