Lovely villa with pool and garden near Umag

The lovely Villa Quercus Alba, situated in the charming town of Buje, not far from Umag, offers a relaxing family vacation for 8 guests. The villa, which name means White Oak, consists of 2 apartments in which you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 dining areas.

One living/dining area with kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the bright first floor. On the ground floor you will find the entertainment room with a pool table and table tennis. The entertainment room is equipped with a TV and has large balcony doors so you can directly access the private pool. You can do the same from the fitness room. Another 2 bedrooms together with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining/living area are located on the second floor. From the living area balcony doors lead you to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden offering you plenty of opportunities to either enjoy your meals outside or to simply relax on one of the sun loungers next to the inviting pool. Buje is a charming little hilltop town in the north-western part of Istria. The town is located only 13 km from Umag and is surrounded by fertile fields and vineyards. Lying 222m above sea level, the town offers a magnificent view over the surrounding fields, olive groves and vineyards. Do not miss your chance and try some truffles, Istrian prosciutto, seafood specialties and local cheese in one of the many wine cellars and farmhouses. In the coastal town of Umag you can find a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbour. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. Today Umag is especially known for sport: every July the ATP Croatia Open takes place here, with many big names from the men’s tennis world. Near the town you can find the award-winning Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.

Wir konnten im Pfingsten zwei wirklich tolle und entspannte Wochen in der Villa Quercus Alba verbringen. Unsere Gastgeber - Vesna + Mario - waren sehr herzlich, immer ansprechbar und doch immer im Hintergrund. Der Pool, das Haus sowie die Außenanlagen machen es einem leicht, entspannte Tage im Haus zu verbringen. Unsere Gastgeber hatten auch viele gute Tips (Essen gehen) für uns. Die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (Tischtennis, Poolbilliard) wurden von unseren Kindern (sowie den anderen Kindern der befreundeten Familie) regelmäßig genutzt. Ebenso der tolle Außenbereich. Wir können die Villa Quercus Alba wirklich nur bestens empfehlen!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen im August in der Villa Quercus Alba verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt, ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Besonders fein ist das Spielzimmer mit Darts, Tischtennis, Tischfußball und Billardtisch. Die Besitzer Vesna, Mario und Tina sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir würden die Villa Quercus Alba jedenfalls wieder buchen und können sie auch absolut weiterempfehlen.

Die Villa ist der Hammer ! Absolut nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, ein tolles Haus mit vielen Kleinigkeiten die den Urlaub zu einem wirklichen Erlebnis machten. Sauber und freundlich eingerichtet und alles was man für kleine Kinder benötigte war vorhanden oder wurde einem besorgt. Die Außenbereiche mit Garten, Pool und überdachtem Grill Platz waren gleich vom ersten Tag unsere Lieblingsaufenthaltsbereiche. Abends haben wir uns im "Spielzimmer" mit Billard und Tischtennis vergnügt und auch die verschiedene Fitnessgeräte wurden von uns des öftern benutzt. Wer mag kann verschiedene Strände in Umag und Umgebung schnell und einfach erreichen. Fahrradtouren in der Nähe sind ebenso möglich und der Aquapark Istralandia ist ein tollen Erlebnis für Kinder und Eltern zugleich. Wir freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Besuch bei Vesna und Familie. Vera und Co.

Vom 22.06.2019 bis zum 06.07.2019 waren wir in der Villa mit unserer Großen Familie. Wir wurden sehr Herzlich empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt. Die Liebe Tina hat uns alles recht schnell und Informativ gezeigt und erklärt. Wenn man im Laufe der Urlaubs noch fragen hat oder Hilfe braucht waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar und sehr Hilfsbereit. Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool gesäubert und die Blumen mit Wasser gegossen. Das Haus ist sehr Sauber und Detail verliebt. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und kann die Seele Baumeln lassen. Am Pool sind ausreichend Liegen und die Großen Sonnenschirme spenden viel Schatten. Der Grill Platz ist auch sehr cool und Lädt zum Grillen ein und den Abend ausklingeln lassen ein. Man braucht kaum zum Meerfahren wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Mit dem Auto kann man alles recht kurz erreichen. Wir würden sehr gerne in Zukunft wieder kommen und dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Nochmal vielen Dank an die Gastgeber. Vom 13. bis 27. Juli waren wir mit unserer großen Familie in der Villa „Quercus Alba“. Wir waren überwältigt von der Herzlichkeit unserer Gastgeber Vesna, Mario und Tina. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Besonders der Fitness- und Spieleraum erfreute die ganze Familie. Im tollen Pool haben sich vor allem die Kinder am liebsten den ganzen Tag aufgehalten. Wir waren das erste Mal in Istrien und waren begeistert von dieser wunderschönen und grünen Region mit seinen vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gefallen hat uns vor allem das Künstlerdorf Grožnjan. Wir werden sicherlich einmal wiederkommen. Angelika und Thomas
