Charming villa with private pool in lovely Momjan

Lovely Villa Vinea is located in the picturesque area of the little Istrian town Momjan, well known for vineyards and idyllic landscapes. The villa consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Considering the sleeping possibilities, including the sofa bed, this 120 m2 large villa can accommodate 6 persons. In the outdoors, you will find a large terrace with several steps leading to the gorgeous private pool, surrounded by lush greenery, where you will most probably spend most of your holiday, as it is the perfect spot to relax. There is also a nice covered lounge area and a barbecue area with a dining table. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms and one bathroom are set on the upper floor. Both rooms are lovingly decorated and air-conditioned. The villa is set in an incredibly lovely location, that enables discovering other scenic Istrian towns and villages, as well as the coast around the city of Umag. Besides that, the villa has wifi, is completely enclosed and offers everything for an enjoyable holiday.

The beautiful romantic Villa Vinea is nested in the small village of Momjan, less than 20 km from the coastal town of Umag with its beautiful pebble and rocky beaches. Momjan and the region around Buje, the nearest town, are well known for picturesque hills, vineyards, olive groves and agrotourism. Do not miss the local Istrian and Mediterranean specialities: truffles, olive oil, Istrian ox boškarin, prosciutto and good Istrian wine. The first Istrian railway, which passes Buje, was recently converted into a biking trail and offers nice rides across the beautiful countryside. The coastal town of Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist amenities, as well as a small harbour. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. Today Umag is especially known for sport: every July the ATP Croatia Open takes place here, with many big names from the men’s tennis world. Near the town, you can find the award-winning Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.

Wir waren Ende August zu viert für zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa und haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber Natasa und Dejan haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk bekamen wir selbstgemachtes Tiramisu und eine Flasche Olivenöl. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, wo man gut essen kann und welche Strände zu empfehlen sind. Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, vor allem auch alles sehr sauber, bietet viel Platz, es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch das Grundstück mit dem Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Man kann wunderbar entspannen. Wir können diese wunderschöne Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Spent a wonderful week here at the beginning of July. The house is beautifully decorated, well equipped and exceptionally clean. It is set in a very peaceful location: a little village with a small supermarket, two excellent restaurants within walking distance, and several great vineyards/wineries which should definitely be visited. We made full use of the pool, as it was so hot, and appreciated being able to thoroughly unwind in the peace and quiet. Natasa and Dejan were exceptional hosts. They met us at the property on arrival, bearing welcome gifts and lots of very useful recommendations, and also came to see us off on departure day. They responded very quickly to a request for help with the aircon mid-week (as I mentioned, it was very hot during our stay) and could not have been more helpful. All in all, a lovely week and a fabulous holiday.

Der perfekte Urlaub im Traumhaus. Ein mit so viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus, in dem man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden und tip top sauber. Eine wunderschöne sehr gepflegte Außenanlage mit mega Pool. Der absolute Hammer! Eine ruhige Gegend zum runterfahren und neue Energie tanken. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe und prima Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Natasa & Dejan sind die perfekten Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut euch kenn gelernt zu haben. Ihr seid so gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir kommen definitiv bald wieder. Micky, Rouven & Noah

Lovely, homey villa in a wonderful location for exploring all of Istria--the wineries, coastal cities and interior of this beautiful area. We booked a week and were met by the hosts personally. You would be hard pressed to find more lovely owners/people. They went out of their way to make sure our visit was everything it could possibly be and had a collection of maps and brochures at the house, along with a master guide to the home, that was super helpful. We were delayed significantly due to travel hurdles and they could not have been more accommodating. Upon leaving this area we stayed another week in Opatija and they texted us restaurant suggestions there and checked in once we were back in the US. The house has everything you could need and they were always a quick call or text away if we had a question. We would stay here again (and hope to). Don't miss the winery tours at Kozlovic and Kabola, it's easy to get a reservation and they are both first class and held in amazing surroundings.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) verbrachten im August vier Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Die Eigentümer und Vermieter empfingen uns herzlich und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps. Trotz der exponierten Lage am Rande des hübschen Dorfes Momjan kann man auf dem großzügigen Grundstück die Ruhe und den Ausblick in die umliegende Hügellandschaft genießen . Sowohl Villa als auch Pool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Besonders der großzügige Loungebereich mit Pool wurde von unseren Kindern sofort in Beschlag genommen. Die Lage in einer idyllischen Weingegend, viele hervorragende Restaurants in der Nähe und nicht zuletzt die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa ließen bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Ganz sicher war das nicht unser letzter Besuch in der Villa Vinea!

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub Mitte August in diesem Haus verbracht,. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und wenn man ein Auto hat, auch toll idyllisch gelegen. Gerade in und um diesen Ort herum gibt es tolle Konobas mit hervorragendem Essen. Die Eigentümer und auch Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer vor Ort bei der Hausübergabe. Wenn man irgendeine Information oder Hilfe benötigt, sind sie schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen in der Zukunft gerne nochmal wieder, da dieses Haus mit Pool auch für Kinder ein Paradies ist. Natürlich gibt es auch hier ein paar Schwachstellen, die wir den Eigentümer mitgeteilt haben, damit das Haus noch! besser wird.
