Modern villa with pool near the beach

Villa K2 is perfectly located on the beautiful island of Pasman, close to Zadar. It is the ideal holiday home for small families or couples who would like to spend their holidays together.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with a TV and air condition. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while in the third are 2 single beds that can be put together into one double bed. There is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The dining area leads to the outdoor lounge area that is perfect for relaxation and is equipped with a Sat-TV. And refreshment is available in the private pool that is accompanied by sun loungers, on which you can get the perfect summer tan. The villa is part of a complex of 4 villas. All the villas are the same and have identical equipment. So if you are a bigger group, you can rent more than one villa. The villas are fully air-conditioned and have free WiFi.

It is a beautiful island, with a wealth of herbs and pine trees that are responsible for the intense and irresistible Mediterranean scents in the air. But not only is the island famous for its beautiful nature and beaches, but also for its rich culture and architecture that goes back to the 12th century AD. The island is definitely worth a visit and it is connected with the island of Ugljan via a bridge, so there is even more to explore.

Die Villa ist wirklich schön. Und die Besitzer sind sehr sehr Nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Unser Urlaub hier war wirklich sehr entspannt und sehr erholsame. Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Bildern und mann ist sehr für sich. Der Pool ist klasse und auch sonst hat alles gepasst. Sehr zum Empfehlen und wir wollen auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder kommen.
