Villa Kunta is a charming renovated stone villa that can accommodate up to 14 people in 6 bedrooms. It is perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

The large outdoor area offers a private pool and a smaller pool for children. There are sunbeds around the pool where you can sunbathe and relax while your children play on the private children's playground. A barbecue with an outdoor dining area is at your disposal. Spend wonderful barbecue evenings with your loved ones. Activities such as billiards, table tennis, darts, table football and 5 bicycles are available at the villa. The property is fully fenced so your pet is also welcome. A private parking space is available. The interior of the villa invites you to feel at home. The ground floor consists of a living, kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor, there are three more comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and access to two terraces. Four bedrooms have a double bed and TV. Two bedrooms have a double bed, a single bed and TV. Internet access and four air conditioners are available. Villa Kunta is the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable moments with your family and discover the beauties of Dalmatia!.

Villa Kunta is located in the village of Gornja Jagodnja near the coastal town of Biograd na Moru. The "white town by the sea" offers beautiful beaches and bays. On the shore promenade, there are numerous restaurants and taverns where you can enjoy excellent Dalmatian cuisine. The location of the villa offers an excellent starting point to visit the famous nearby coastal town of Zadar. This historic town offers a combination of sightseeing, gastronomy and beach. Very special is the old town which is situated on a peninsula, separated from the new town. The well-known is the "Sea Organ" and the so-called "Greeting to the Sun" square which are located directly on the promenade. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Außenanlage. Ein paar kleine Probleme gab es zwar, jedoch war es dem Besitzer sehr wichtig, dass wir uns wohlfühlen und hat alle Mängel so schnell wie möglich behoben. Wirklich tolles Haus!!

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Juli in der Villa Kunta mit 4 Familien. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet und die Verbindung zwischen Ursprung des alten Gemäuers und modernen Annehmlichkeiten haben Zoran und seine Frau liebevoll umgesetzt. Der Pool war unsere Rettung, denn hier ist Platz und Spass für Groß und klein garantiert, vor allem das angrenzende kleine Becken ist für Familien mir kleinen Kindern großartig. Ein bisschen frisch anfangs, allerdings toll als die Temperaturen sehr heiss wurden. Zoran war zu JEDER Zeit erreichbar und war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Alles Nötige für Einkäufe als auch der Strand sind in 10-20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal
