Villa Pollux is a stylish villa in Vrsi, a small place right by the sea near Zadar. As soon as you enter the large property, you will be spellbound by the villa.

The dreamlike pool really comes into its own in the well-tended garden and you would like to jump in immediately and enjoy the refreshing water. At the table on the covered terrace, there is space for up to 8 people to enjoy meals together. If you want to withdraw and relax, there is a cosy lounge, sun loungers and a small niche available. If you now enter the interior of the house, you stand in the bright, open living area. Here the living room, the dining area and the fully equipped, modern kitchen are connected. Lots of interesting details will catch your eye. The small spa area with the sauna is also on this level. The 4 chic bedrooms are on the upper floor. Each of them has its own bathroom. The terrace with a Jacuzzi, which offers a wonderful view of the sea, is particularly beautiful. This place is just perfect for enjoying that first cup of tea in the morning or gazing at the starry sky in the evening. Villa Pollux is located on the edge of the municipality of Vrsi on a small peninsula in the north-western part of North Dalmatia. The villa is only 450m away from the beach and all amenities you need for a carefree holiday are within walking distance. The selection of beaches is huge in this area and most of them are family-friendly with gently sloping sandy pebble beaches. The beautiful city of Zadar with the historic old town and its romantic promenade is only 20km away. It is worth visiting - it has a very special flair, especially in the evening. Listen to the famous sea organ or watch the "Greeting to the sun". Many restaurants and cafes tempt you with fresh fish, delicious local dishes or homemade ice cream. Visit the salt pans in Nin, the adrenaline park in Kozino or the island of Pag. Enjoy sun, sea and Dalmatia with all its facets - enjoy a dream vacation!

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen. Alle Beschreibungen sind zu 110% eingehalten worden. Vermieter sind sehr bemüht. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen!

Auch dieses Jahr wieder - auf die Bilder und die Beschreibung ist definitiv Verlass. Wir haben "unser" Haus so vorgefunden wie beschrieben und konnten unsere Ferien total geniessen. Danke Valentin und Daniela - die Besitzer - tolles Objekt welches hier zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Nähe zur Firma, vor der wir Respekt hatten, ist kaum erwähnenswert. Die Ruhe ohne direkte Nachbarn und doch zu Fuss alles erreichbar haben wir geschätzt. Grösserer Pool als beschrieben und erst die Konoba/Grillhüte die nirgends gezeigt werden sind ein Traum. Tischtennis, Basketball, Federball oder sogar ein wenig Minigolf inklusive Dart können gespielt werden. Wir können die Villa Pollux weiterempfehlen

Hiermit möchten wir uns bei den Mitarbeitern von MyIstria( alles hat hervorragend gekappt) und vor allem bei den sehr netten und herzlichen Besitzerehepaar der Villa Pollux bedanken. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in der Villa Pollux wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. In der modernen Villa wird auf alles geachtet, sogar an Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt keine Nachbarn. Morgens, mit einem kleinen Spaziergang, kann man im Backshop und bei den Obsthändlern frische Leckereien einkaufen. Leider hatten wir nur eine Woche gebucht. Aber wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Pollux. Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Inzwischen gibt es sogar drei Sonnenschirme am Pool, Auflagen auf den Liegen und einen Gasgrill. In drei Zimmern sind ebenfalls Fernseher vorhanden. Alles ist bis ins Detail schön dekoriert. Ein Basketballplatz incl. Korb und Ball und ein Trampolin gibt es für die Kids. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Lage der Villa zum Meer und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist hervorragend. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa Pollux wirklich nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
