Amazing luxury villa with pool near Zadar

Villa Providenca is a luxury villa situated in the small village of Debeljak close to Zadar. It has been built, designed and decorated to offer you the perfect holiday experience.

It has a big garden with a private pool where you can spend unforgettable moments in the sun. There is also an al fresco dining area, for those who would like to spend the whole day in the sun and grab a snack or drink right there, next to the pool and the children's playground. And still, when you enter the villa- you will be overwhelmed even more. Every room was furnished with great attention to detail to give it a cosy, but still very elegant atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen and a wonderful dining area, from where you will enter the unbelievably comfortable living room with fireplace for warm evenings or afternoons in the off-season. There is also an entertainment room for the more relaxed moments, where darts and a pool table wait for you. One bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom is situated on the ground floor, as well. The first floor is reserved for a good night's sleep and relaxation, with 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 2 single bed), each with its own ensuite bathroom.

Villa Providenca is located in a small village called Debeljak, close to Sukosan, just a short drive away from the city of Zadar. Zadar is an ancient city with historical and cultural heritage worth seeing. Famous Alfred Hitchcock said that Zadar has the most beautiful sunset in the world - do not miss it! The old town provides monuments of the ancient, medieval and Renaissance times: Romans square (1st century), church of St. Donat (9th century), church of St. Marija (11th century, rebuilt in 16th century), cathedral of St. Stošija (12th-13th century), the parts of defences walls… Nowadays it is famous for the symphony of the Sea Organ and the light installation “Pozdrav Suncu” (Greeting the Sun). In Zadar, you will find beaches, historic architecture, restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, national and nature parks (Krka Waterfalls, Kornati Islands, Plitvice Lakes, Telašćica, Paklenica…) are also close. If you are looking for more fun from sunset until dawn- in Zadar are beach clubs, coffee bars and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and clubs. During your stay in Zadar do not forget to taste the sweet Maraschino cherry liquor!

8 of us stayed at this absolutely beautiful villa mid September. We didn't land until late evening and Ana, the owner was nothing but helpful to try and arrange a transfer from the airport to the villa. When we arrived, Ana's parents were there to greet us and had even purchased the essentials so we didn't go hungry. We were shown around the villa and provided with local information (where shops were etc). We were made to feel very welcome from the beginning. The villa itself was spotless, we could not fault if at all. The decor is amazing, no expense has been spared. All rooms have an en-suite (which was good given there were 8 girls getting ready all at once)!! The kitchen is fully equipped and wasn't missing anything. Throughout our stay, Ana and her family were more than helpful with restaurant and bar recommendations, local transport and where to visit. Highly recommend this villa, perfect for both friends and families.
