The smell of pine trees, a short walk to the sea and a luxury 3 bedroom villa - what more could a person need? Beautiful Villa Punte Bianche is located on the island of Ugljan in Dalmatia and guarantees a wonderful family vacation! On the outside, amidst the villa´s carefully tended garden, there is a lovely pool, perfect for hot, summer days. However, if you don´t feel like swimming, you can relax on the villa´s covered terrace, that is directly connected to the ground floor.

The house itself has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a charming living and dining area as well as one of the bedrooms with its ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located upstairs, on the first floor. The villa was carefully furnished in order to ensure the best possible vacation - it offers fully air conditioned bedrooms, WiFi, ensuite bathrooms, SAT TV and much more. The property and the pool are well lighted so you can enjoy throughout day and night. .

Villa Punte Bianche is situated in Sutomiscica, a small coastal village on the Island of Ugljan. From Zadar there are daily connections to the Island of Ugljan by ferry to the port in the village called Preko. Pine forests, beautiful sand and rocky beaches and the crystal clear Adriatic sea make this location an ideal vacation spot. As many others on the Croatian coast, Sutomiscica was once just a small fishing village until its charm and serenity started attracting tourists year after year. Zadar is an ancient city with historical and cultural heritage worth seeing. Famous Alfred Hitchcock said that Zadar has the most beautiful sunset in the world - do not miss it! The old town of Zadar provides monuments of the ancient, medieval and Renaissance times, and nowadays it is famous for symphony of the Sea Organ and light installation “Pozdrav Suncu” (Greeating the Sun).

Alles Top, super schöne Villa. Alles da was man braucht. Das einzige was fehlt wäre ein direkter Fußweg nach Preko, muss man einige Meter direkt an der Straße gehen. Aber volle Punktzahl. Vielen Dank wir kommen wieder.

It is a wonderfulll villa, everything is perfect! The internet is a bit poor but everything else is just amazing. We all loved it 👌❤️
