This enchanting villa is located in the little village of Zapuzane near Benkovac and also near the touristy towns like Zadar (about 40 km away). The location is presenting a nice starting point for visiting the amazing nature of some Croatian islands (for example Pasman, Ugljan, Iz). Visit nearby islands and enjoy lonely bays, the crystal clear sea with the natural scent of pines. Just 14 km away from the villa you will find the Vrana lake famous for its wonderful nature. Experience a lake just next to the sea, while being surrounded by mountains. Here you can go hiking, cycling or do a camping trip. If you are travelling by car, be sure to visit Zadar with the old Forum and the Church of St. Donatus built in the Romanesque style, dating back to the 9th century.
