Villa Vela Muline is a beautiful villa situated in an idyllic setting close to the sea. Villa Vela Muline is really special as it has a heated indoor pool with large glass sliding doors, so even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy swimming.
The villa is ideal for a relaxing family holiday for up to 10 guests. The overall feel of the villa is airy with a lot of natural light. The villa has an open concept living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table for 10 guests on the ground floor. The modernly furnished living room is the central part of the villa, and on the left wing, it continues to the wellness zone with an indoor pool. Towards the right wing, it is connected to the kitchen with a dining area. In-between the living room, the kitchen to the right, and the indoor pool to the left, there is a lovely corner with an outdoor lounge. On the left side of the wellness, the zone is a sundeck with sun loungers so you can work on your tan. On the ground floor, there is also one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one "game room" that serves as a multifunctional room and can be converted either to a children's playroom, home office or additional bedroom with sofa bed. On the first floor, there are 3 more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and there is a large terrace that has a nice view of the sea and offers complete privacy. The villa is partly surrounded by a tended lawn which is perfect for children to run around or pets to play with.
Bed linens are provided and changed once per week. All bedrooms have A/C. All bedrooms have king size beds that can be separated into 2 twin beds. The sofa bed is located in multifunctional room that can be converted into additional bedroom. Baby cot available upon request.
The Villa Vela Muline is located in the small village Muline on island Ugljan. Ugljan is the closest island to Zadar, the cultural and economical centre of the County. It is connected with Zadar with many ferry boat lines and can be reached within 25 minutes.
The people of Ugljan are always been connected to the sea, agriculture and fishery and you can truly sense the traditional hospitality here. Also, noteworthy is that the tradition of olive growing here is some 2000 years old, so the local olive oil is a souvenir you must take home with you. In the immediate vicinity of the Villa Vela Muline, you can find a castle from the 17th century, the Church of all Saints from the 12th century and Villa Rustica, the oldest Roman building in Ugljan.
Ugljan is also known as „The green island“, due to dense pine forests. The 20km of the shore is ideal for swimming, scuba diving and boat excursions, and the underwater world hides some historic secrets, which makes it a popular diving destination.
If you are staying in Ugljan, you definitely need to visit Zadar, the place of the most beautiful sunset in the world, according to Alfred Hitchcock. Zadar is also known as the city of Sea Organ, a unique art installation, formed by cutting steps into a section of the waterfront promenade. These steps have underwater pipes that sound musical notes when filled with water. It is a magical symphony created by the waves.

Die Villa Vela Muline ist mega. Wir waren mi 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und man hatte ausreichend Platz. Sie ist hell und großräumig. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist wundervoll. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt.

Die Villa Vela Muline ist ein sehr schönes Haus, welches aufgrund der Größe perfekt für 2 Familien gemacht ist, da man trotz Zusammenleben immer Freiraum haben kann.
Die Ausstattung ist top - das Ambiente modern und hell.
Dank der Terrassen auf zwei Seiten und einer Dachterrasse kann man sich immer einen geeigneten Platz suchen.
Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und bemüht nach allem zu schauen.
Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir können die Villa Vela absolut empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder.
Die Villa Vela ist ein wunderschönes Haus - moderne Architektur mit dalmatinischem Charme. Das Haus ist mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ankommen und wohlfühlen, so haben wir es erlebt. Der Hausherr ist sehr bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfach ein traumhafter Urlaub in idyllischer Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und super sauber! Genau wie auf den Bildern! Es ist auch wirklich alles vorhanden. Hier fehlt es einem an nichts. Auch der Vermieter ist total nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem kleinen Strand. Restaurant ist ebenfalls in ca. 10 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen. Ein ganz kleiner Markt ist in der Nähe. Aber auch größere Supermärkte und Restaurants sind im Nachbarort, der nur wenige Kilometer entfernt ist.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Villa .Sie ist sehr sehr sauber. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig.Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es konnte sehr gut vorab abgesprochen werden,was noch mitgebracht werden muss,wie zum Beispiel eine Kaffeemaschine .Wenn Kleinigkeiten fehlten wie zum Beispiel ein Dosenöffner,gibt es in wenigen Kilometern einen Supermarkt der alles hat.Insgesamt ist die Villa super ausgestattet auch die Küche.Selbst 2 Haarföne sind vorhanden und Bettwäsche und Handtücher ,Kinderhochstuhl,Kinderbett inklusive....

We had a stunning week in a stunning, newly built house. Everthing was perfect! Muline is a nice place to stay. Thanks to Nera and Predrag for helping out in every situation and also a big thank you for checking a berth for our boat. I‘m sure we will book this house again! Villa: newly built, nice furniture and enough space! AC in every room. Good equipped kitchen and a nice indoor pool. What a stay!!! Muline: small grocery and 3 restaurants (all of them were good) nearby. Small harbour and a few beaches also nearby. Again, thank you for everthing
