When you climb the stairs over the terrace, you enter a spacious, light-flooded living room, a charming dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, you will also find one bathroom. On the first floor, the villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms in light colours with a modern design. Since the rooms have an exit to the balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the surroundings from your bedroom. Privlaka is a small picturesque town, located in central Dalmatia, in the vicinity of the historical tourist destination of Zadar. It is located on a large peninsula and is surrounded by beautiful beaches and a clear blue sea from three sides. Privlaka is known for its beautiful clear sea, astonishing beaches and pine tree forests near the sea. Sports and active vacation lovers can enjoy a versatile sports offer. Visit nearby nature parks (Telascica, Velebit), national parks (Plitvice lakes, Paklenica, Krka waterfalls, Kornati) or go on night excursions to the nearby islands. Zadar is a historical city worth seeing. Nowadays it is famous for the symphony of the Sea Organ and the light installation “Pozdrav Suncu” (Greeting the Sun). Die Villa ist wirklich wunderschön und exakt so wie auf den Bildern. Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt und der Pool ist wirklich auch sehr schön. Die Villa ist eingerichtet wie aus dem Katalog, wirklich sehr hochwertig und modern mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr hilfreich und jederzeit erreichbar, die Abreise war sehr unkompliziert. Die Villa liegt nur 1-2 Minuten weit weg zu Fuß vom Sandstrand. Das Meer ist dort nur leider sehr flach, dass man ca. 100-200m rein gehen muss, bis man halbwegs schwimmen kann. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb des Dorfes, ein kleiner Markt ist ca. 5 min entfernt, die Beachbar und eine Imbissbude ebenfalls 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Diese liegt am Strand. Zum nächsten Restaurant ist es ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das einzige was nicht so toll war, aber dafür kann der Hausbesitzer nichts war, dass in dem Apartmentkomlex neben der Villa uns die Leute die ganze Zeit beobachtet haben beim Sonnenliegen. Die Balkone sind genau zur Poolseite gerichtet, da haben wir uns sehr beobachtet gefühlt. Aber das ist wirklich kein Kritikpunkt. Kann die Villa wirklich nur sehr empfehlen und freue mich, wenn wir dort noch einmal hinfahren. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt
